The DAA Clinic basketball program promotes fair play, good sportsmanship, skills and fun for boys and girls ages 5 - 7.

Age Groups
To play clinic basketball during the 2012/13 season, your child must be 5 years old by 9/1/2012.
Skills Evaluation
Skills evaluations are conducted to determine each child’s skill level so teams can be composed as evenly as possible. The goal of clinic basketball is to teach and better each child at their particular skill level. Clinic is about learning the game of basketball. The skills evaluations will be held in the beginning of December. You will receive an e-mail once the dates are confirmed with AA Recreation and Parks.
Practices
Practices will be held once or twice a week. Each coach will determine his/her practice schedule. Practices will be held at Central Special School & Central Elementary starting in mid-December.
Games
Games are tentatively scheduled to begin the 1st week of January, with the season ending late February/early March, depending on weather and number of games rescheduled. Once game schedules are completed coaches will distribute them to their teams. Games will be held on Sunday afternoons at Davidsonville Elementary School.
